1. Are all utilities included with this room?  Yes! This includes heating, air-conditioning, gas (for stoves, and other appliances), electric, internet (usually very fast connection!).  You won't be paying any extra unexpected costs regarding utilities, the full rental price includes all this to make your life easier.
